What type of submission will you make?
Not all complaints are within the scope of the Commissioner’s powers.
We also understand that not all victims wish to make a formal complaint.
In these situations, you may still provide feedback about your experience in the criminal justice system. The Commissioner is kept informed about the experiences of victims of crime through information our office receives. This can provide new insights and highlight systemic issues, helping shape future improvements to the Victorian victim support system.
