The Victims of Crime Commissioner submits to a range of inquiries and consultations each year.

For example, this year the Commissioner engaged on:

·       Youth justice reforms

·       Coercive control and other family violence reforms

·       Rapid review of Victoria’s firearms laws

·       Commonwealth Treasury review of superannuation laws regarding financial abuse loopholes

·       The Victorian Parliamentary Inquiry into anti-LGBTIQA+ hate crimes

·       Abolishing good character references in Victoria
